It is designed to help customers find reputable trades and home improvement businesses that have been independently checked and verified.

Businesses cannot simply display the Which? Trusted Trader logo on their website. Before being accepted onto the scheme, businesses have to complete an assessment process designed to check that they are reputable, well-run and committed to treating customers fairly.

What we had to do to qualify

To become a Which? Trusted Trader, Parker Kitchens had to complete a detailed assessment.

This included checks on our business, our paperwork, our insurance, our customer processes and the way we handle projects. Our quotes, terms, and procedures were all reviewed, and customer references were checked as part of the process.

We also had to show that we work in line with the Which? Trusted Traders Code of Conduct. This covers important areas such as clear pricing, fair terms, professional conduct, guarantees, warranties and complaint handling.

For us, this is in line with the way we already work. We have always believed in clear quotes, thorough project management, and good communication.

From the first design conversation to the final handover, we focus on clear communication, considered design and quality workmanship. Our team looks after the details, coordinates the trades and keeps the project moving with as little stress as possible.

Our cabinetry and construction are covered by a 6-year workmanship warranty, and we use quality components such as Blum runners and hinges, which come with a lifetime guarantee.
