We were more than delighted with the work that you and your team carried out to completely strip out, rebuild, refit and re-present our kitchen back in February to the standards and to the level of quality that you would expect from Mark Wilkinson. That said, I wanted to wait until six months had passed when all the initial delight had subsided and I could take a sober view as a professional caterer and restaurateur as to how workable, practical and durable the new kitchen and utility would be.

In straightforward language it is exceptional. The fit and finish have not moved a millimetre or deteriorated or failed in any way. Everything moves silently, closes accurately and with the satisfying whoosh of a very expensive car.

Your personal design input and thoughtful touches to lower the dwarf wall and extend the pristine new worktop have created an open, stylish and immensely practical preparation and cooking zone that delights Eileen on a daily basis.

The inclusion of the water softener, waste disposal and the full suite of Siemens cooking, washing and refrigeration appliances: combined with the Liebherr wine conditioning cabinet have created a cooking and eating space where everything is close to hand; nothing is missing and we will not have to touch or change anything for the next 20 years.

I cannot thank you, Lee and the production and fitting teams enough. We are truly impressed.
